In my son's senior year, the kids played assassin using Sharpies. The game provided a much needed distraction from the pressure of exams, college applications, and sheer boredom.

I agree with the majority of your post and would add that the need for sex is generally hormone-driven for teens. Teen and younger adult brains are not fully developed for complex reasoning, which supports your argument that a strong support system (such as parents) is beneficial.

Federal guidelines are for the purpose of setting MINIMUM standards. Any product claiming that it has met federal guidelines has met the MINIMUM for safety, quality, whatever.

I work for a law firm specializing in immigration. USCIS (formerly INS) is horrible at updating records. My clients and I immediately and routinely notify them of udpated addresses and it takes months for the USCIS to update their systems.

The city of Killeen, Texas is very frustrated with the delays in this case. There is no military brig for him at Fort Hood so the city is footing the bill for his round the clock medical care and incarceration. The delays are beyond ridiculous.
